Attendance

All signers must be present at the time of notarization.

Identification

Proper Photo Identification (State ID, Driver's License, U.S. Passport, U.S. Military Cards or Permanent Resident Cards) must either have the exact name(s) of each individual signer as it appears on the document or have more than what the document states.

Completion

Document(s) must be fully completed to be eligible for notarization. Incomplete field are not acceptable.

Possession

Document(s) must be reviewed, signed and in the signer's presence prior to notarization. Documents must be original as photocopies are not accepted.

Certificates

Notary certificates are only done in English.

Payment

Payment must be made prior to any notarization whether it is for mobile or remote services. Payments can be made on our site upon booking an appointment, at the location of the signing by cash (a receipt will be furnished) or at the signing location via a payment app (Cash App or Venmo).
